Return Process

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the box is securely sealed for transit.

  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the parcel at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
